Returns and Exchanges

This page explains how returns and exchanges work, including eligibility and required steps. Please review the information carefully before starting a request.

Orders may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your final item. To begin the process, submit a return request through the return form here. You can choose to get an exchange or refund.

Once registered, you’ll receive an email with the return label or a link to get your own return code, QR code, or shipping label.

If you’re sending items back using the original packaging, make sure the original shipping label barcode is clearly removed or crossed out to avoid delivery issues.

EXCHANGE POLICY - FREE EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges.

Here’s how the exchange process works:

  1. Register your return in the return portal and choose exchange
  2. Send the item back to us
  3. Once we receive your return, we will send you a gift card
  4. Use the gift card to place a new order with the correct size or product

The gift card covers both the product value and the shipping cost, so the exchange is completely free.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Returns must be sent back in the original packaging with labels and tags attached. In order for us to approve the return, the item must be unused, clean and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that have been washed, soiled or missing labels/tags cannot be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the last item.

For returns that aren’t exchanges, the return cost is deducted from the refund amount. The return cost is calculated as follows:

1–4 items: 10 EUR
5–8 items: 15 EUR
9–15 items: 20 EUR

More than 15 items: 40 EUR – feel free to contact us for help with size and product selection :)

This includes insurance in case the return package is lost.
